A real knock-out, Punchy has been a hit with his Hawaiian Punch fans since the early 60's. When his first commercial was aired during the original "Tonight Show," host Jack Paar was so intrigued he asked to see it twice! During the next 30 years, Punchy and his friend, Oaf -- a tourist wanna-be -- sparred together in a series of zany antics that always ended with "How about a nice Hawaiian Punch?" Proctor & Gamble put Punchy into semi-retirement during the 80's, but this pugilistic prankster fought his way back to the top of the heap to become an icon of the 90's.

This version of Punchy is a large telephone, in red, white and blue. Punchy is wearing a turquoise-striped shirt, and his traditional red Hawaiian hat. The two-piece phone is unusual, and the white phone sits in the cradle made by Punchy's outstretched hand.
